Tangent Café

Tangent Café is a newly established café and bar serving craft beer and hosting local music events. The owners, Nate and Linda, are deeply connected to the East Vancouver neighbourhood — a diverse and community of creative people — which Tangent serves. The character of the brand was designed to reflect the care Linda puts into the food and taste which with Nate chooses the local craft brews, and the warm, eclectic and laid back scene that was anticipated fill the place with music and conversation.

Fivethousand Fingers began by establishing the café’s visual identity which extended into the design of the signage, food and drink menus, and collateral, and continued into interior design— sourcing items and artwork and creating visual assets tailored for the space.
