“Seeking to redefine the temporary nature of the current travel amenity offerings, Zenith is a luxury travel kit which achieves sophistication amongst the saturated marketplace of tawdry souvenirs currently on offer. Unique elements of New Zealand culture, landscape and the environment are interwoven within this multi-functional, adaptable and thoughtfully crafted package.

Through combining elegant design features and cultural influence, the Zenith Kit enhances the premium travel experience, and continues to have a lifespan beyond the journey itself.

This project was completed for the final year of a Bachelor of Design with Honours. It addresses the central proposition defined in the thesis which compliments this project, dealing with souvenir consumption and its visual representation today.”
